Goat Yoga Session

Service Description

Have a relaxing and enjoyable yoga session while interacting with our fun and loving Dwarf Nigerian goats and their babies. The yoga session will last between 30-45 mins, and then the rest of the time will be free time for interacting with the goats. Sessions this spring and summer will take place at the Faust Family Farm in Grafton, Wisconsin. Bringing your own yoga mat, towel, and long sleeve shirt is highly encouraged. All participants must fill out a waiver of liability prior to the session, available on our website to print out and bring or to fill out on site. Not recommended for those with back injuries, and participants should be able to lift 20-30 lbs or be in good shape.
